WOMAN KILLS HUSBAND IN ARGUMENT OVER PAMPERS

A middle-aged man by the name Ifeanyi Anaekwe, slumped and died after he was hit in the head with a pestle by his wife during an argument over Pampers and Baby Food. Sources say that Ifeanyi’s wife, Chikodili Anaekwe, grabbed a pestle during the argument and hit her husband on the head which made him to slump. she the proceed to stab him several times. Ifeanyi was said to have passed on before any help arrived.

Eye witnesses claim an argument ensued between the Ifeanyi and his wife when the she requested for money to buy pampers and baby food for their new born baby. The husband, who was said to be preparing for work at the time, was said to have explained to the wife that he did not have enough money. This they claimed infuriated the wife and a fight ensued.

Joseph Jayeoba, Lagos Police Command Spokesman, said investigations into the matter was currently underway.
