For past one month, the flyer of an event called MUSIC MEETS RUNWAY organised by a company called LE REVE has been spreading all over the internet. What made the event or perhaps one should say the flyer interesting is the fact that the very popular amebor rose was on it. LE REVE claimed that Amber Rose was going to be the host of an event that will see the best of Music and Fashion in Nigeria collide on a runway.
It was all going well, until Amber Rose books the news on her twitter Timeline that she was not aware of any body booking her for a show in Nigeria.

After the evident tweet from Amber, there were still ridiculous rumours and false info flying around. Some folks even went on twitter to interrogate Amber Rose. So who do we blame for the big mix up? The organisers of the show or Amber Rose?
After the tweets released by amber reached the organisers of the show , a statement was released to counter the claims she made.

“Due to recent developments of Amber Rose’s nude photos that surfaced on the internet last week, we were in discussion as to what to do about the situation with some of our sponsors who had understandably shown some concern. We were still in discussions with our sponsors to accommodate Amber when we read Amber Roses tweet about her not being booked to host Music Meets Runway.Amber has indeed been booked and paid for through a reputable international booking agent and we were as surprised as anyone to see the tweet. This situation is under investigation and details will be passed as more information comes.”

With two conflicting stories coming from both camps, it might be impossible to decipher who’s telling the truth at this point.

The organisers of the show went on further to say that: “Music Meets Runway will still hold come Saturday, July 9 at Expo Center, Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos.”
