Yesterday,we reported how Super eagles Midfielder, Christian Obodo was Kidnapped,  we can now confirm that  Christian was this evening rescued by men of the Nigerian police force.
THANKING THE HEAVENS: Christian Obodo was rescued from his abductors today
The footballer, who plays in the Italian league was kidnapped yesterday morning at a church in aWarri. Police was  said to have traced the kidnappers to Isoko, just outside Warri, Delta State. Althought the kidnappers had requested a 150,00o Euro ransome, sources say that no ransom was paid and most of the kidnappers were arrested.
