The concept was born in Japan, by a Nigerian-American. SuRu started with a hat, but will grow to a full line of apparel. Our growing market extends from Lagos to London and from Oakland to Tokyo. In each of our creations, we seek to promote tribal partnerships, interracial diversity, multiculturalism and communication across languages and oceans. Mission: SuRu is about the unification of humanity. Our objective is for SuRu to help promote multiculturalism, interracial and tribal partnership across the world through fashion.
As SuRu grows we will strive to fight poverty in underdeveloped nations and in our city of origin, Oakland.
