HATE IT! We love Dior. But this (horribly uncomfortable shoe) looks like a cheap gold sandal that’s crushing what might otherwise be a nice sculpture. Pros: Creative and inventive, but still not a good buy.

Necklace by Louis Vuitton $1,500

LOVE IT! If you can splurge for one nice thing for yourself, this should be it! This beautiful intricate piece will make you the talk of the party. Create a red carpet look by pairing this piece with a blazer and blue jeans. Pros: Although it’s a dangling necklace, the metal pieces are sturdy and stiff. So, it stays just like it looks now.

Nairobi Tusk Bag, Mad Imports $90

HATE IT! It’s a great fall bag with a hot print, but the sensitive fabrics snag easily leaving your designer handbag looking like a bargain store find. If you have a nice Coach bag, I wouldn’t trade it for this.

Tusk Cuff Links, Links London, $190

LOVE IT! I caught a glimpse of these under a clean black suit being worn by a very attractive man. I immediately felt drawn to him. When he took my hand his shake idealized exactly what the links meant, “strength.” Cons: Unfortunately these links can only be worn with certain very high quality suites. Preferably black. And, since they are eye-catching, they are a piece that you can wear only a few times.
