Marek Olszewski, 45, made the mistake of scheduling an appointment this week with his ex 34-year-old Anna Mackowiak — for a toothache. So Mackowiak allegedly did what any burned beau with a set of pliers and some anesthetic would do: she doped him up, pulled out all his teeth, and wrapped his head with bandages so he wouldn’t notice until he left her office.

In a statement, Anna said: “I tried to be professional and detach myself from my emotions,”But when I saw him lying there I just thought, ‘What a bastard.’”

Soruces say Marek discovered something was wrong when he woke up from induced anesthetic and couldn’t feel any teeth in his mouth. But he said Anna assured him that he’d be fine once the numbness wore off

“I didn’t have any reason to doubt her — I mean I thought she was a professional,” he said.

An explosion has been reported in Jalingo, capital of Taraba State. The incident occurred near government offices in the city. Parts of the finance ministry were affected by the explosion. The explosion which occurred about 9 a.m. appeared to have been targeted at the convoy of the state’s Commissioner of Police. Three police officers are reported to have died in the explosion, which happened barely 24 hours after another bomb blast in Bayero University Kano. Many have been seriously injured as the attacks come during the early morning rush hour.

It is unclear if the Commissioner of Police, Usman Gwary, was killed in the blasts, but the suicide bomber, a dispatch rider and at least eight others have been confirmed dead. Meanwhile another bomb was this morning detected and successfully defused in Yola, the capital of neighbouring Adamawa state while reports reaching us indicate that there may have been at least two other bomb blasts, one in Gombe, the capital of Gombe state, the other in Maiduguri, the Borno state capital.

Both industry power-weights have been at loggerhead over alleged multiple financial disagreements, discrepancies involved in the signing of artist Dbanj into Kanye West’s Good Music record label, Don Jazzy’s lackadaisical attitude, Dbanj’s alleged public irresponsibility among other differences and conflicts that popped up between both.

“I want to be clear on something that I’m not interested in going into the debates of whatever Dbanj has said, be it through an interview, the press, social media or whatever. People should try and understand that these are very difficult moments for me and I need my space, time and moment to carry on with my life and the production of good music which is what fans have known me for a very long time”. Don Jazzy said.

The iconic producer, whose famous introvert and quiet lifestyle and personality as garnered him an enviable amount of fame, respect and magnanimous swag in Nigeria’s entertainment scene, staunchly dismissed claims by Dbanj buying houses, cars and properties for the Mo’hits boss and fellow artists, calling it “laughable and not worth responding to this early morning” claiming that quick thinking fans know his individual worth and personal financial worth of each artist at Mo’hits.

“When this whole thing started, I felt people needed to know what’s happening and in all civility, maturity and wisdom, I made those less than 140 words tweet in 3 separate lines, now see where it has led me to. Mohits is a family and Dbanj is like its son and families do quarell. Expecting me to come out and start countering accusations by one of my best friends ever while accusing him also in the process doesn’t justify my guilt or my innocence or that of his, He (Dbanj) however has a right to his opinion to grant interviews to whoever he wishes to grant interview to, I won’t stop him and won’t stop anyone who wants to believe whatever he says either”, he said.

A Brazilian actor playing Judas has accidently hanged himself during a scene in “The Passion of Christ”.
Since the accidental hanging, Tiago Klimeck, 27, has been in a chemically induced coma after suffering cerebral anoxia from lack of oxygen due to hanging. He was playing the scene of Judas’s suicide on the night of Good Friday during a passion play in Itarare, west of San Paulo in Brazil.

In front of a stunned audience, Klimeck hanged by accident as he became unconscious. It is believed that the safety vest the actor was using under the robe accidentally climbed up around his neck, choking him. About six minutes passed before anyone noticed, believing he was playing his role. The other actors realised Klimeck was unconscious and lowered him, freed him and rushed him to a medical centre.

Police are currently examining the security apparatus that was meant to aid Klimeck during the scene. It remains to be seen if any charges will be filed.
