Artiste’s unending diss record

by Jide Ladipo on April 16, 2010

Last year, Kelly Hansome came out with a sarcastic diss track that picked on artistes such as D’Banj, Wande coal, Don Jazzy and Terry G. The track went viral on the internet and a Facebook Animation enthusiast made a video to compliment the track. It was a track that showed a funny side of the talented American based artiste.

The artiste, not new to controversy said he took a swipe at terry G because the artiste reportedly left a message on his facebook fan page claiming he bit his style:

Kelly Handsome

He also claimed he took shoots at Mo hits because D’Banj did not have the right to go around claiming he was IGWE. A title he believes befits only him. With the first track seen as a bit of a joke, Kelly Hansome is back again with another track. This time, “Mr Maga don Pay” himself, who has shown over and over again that he loves hullabaloo is taking new shots at the Mo’ Hits Crew, M.I Abaga and the Chocolate city crew and Kenny Ogungbe of Kennis Music.

Sources have claimed that he dissed Kenny Ogungbe because of the ongoing contractual disputes with his former record label boss, M.I because of his line in on the Track “Fast Money, Fast Cars” (“Kelly Hansome is handsome, I’ll tell him when I see him. But if I want a man, it will be Keke or D1.”) and The Mo’ Hits Crew (based on a “Kiss Ur Hand” freestyle Wande Coal recently dropped in Ghana where he called out Kelly Hansome).

The track New Kelly Hansome called Catch me if you can has been stirring waves on the internet and is bound to provoke some reaction from industry heavy weights. We are keeping a close eye on this story, as things look like they are about to get more interesting. Watch this space!!!!!!
