ALOMO BITTERS TO BUILD $50MILLION PRODUCTION FACTORY IN NIGERIA

The producers of Alomo Bitters, a Ghanaian Beverage company has indicated its intention to build a factory in Nigeria. The company has promised it will invest $50 million in building a production plant in Nigeria.

With the popularity of the drink gaining more ground in Nigeria, Kasapreko Company Limited, the producers of Alomo bitters says it is making frantic efforts to gain solid root in the Nigerian market.

The Abuja Chamber of Commerce has pledged its unwavering support to ensure that the company’s products are widely patronized in Nigeria. A three-man delegation from the Abuja Chamber of Commerce, who visited Kasapreko Company Limited factory in Accra, gave the assurance after they were given the opportunity to inspect the Ghanaian plant site of Alomo Bitters.

Chairman of Pinnade Holdings Limited, the holding company that owns Alomo bitters, Dr. Adjei assured the delegation of Kasapreko Company Limited intention to extend its production beyond the frontiers of Ghana to either set up a subsidiary or go into partnership.

Last month the Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation banned a song by musical artiste 2SHOTz because he mentioned the word ‘ALOMO’ in the recorded track.
