On January 17th, Ariane Noelle Patterson’s turned 21 years Old, and like most people of her age she was grateful to be alive, at least by her tweets one could say so.

On her Twitter account, the student of Gardner-Webb University posted a message that said: “Thank you God for another year of life.” Hours later, she collapsed during a class on religion studies and was rushed to nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

THANKFUL: Ariane Noelle Patterson, 21 looked lively and full of life.

The senior at the North Carolina Christian college, a native of Delaware, was taking a major in religious student. She had recently obtained a work-study position managing multimedia for campus ministries. The cause of her death is pending and said to be  under investigation.
